RoyalT’s wealth of experience includes relationships with many technical associations. Primary Principal, Toms B. Royal, is a past chairman of both the Rubber Division of the American Chemical Society and the New York Rubber Group. He also maintains membership in the Society of Plastic Engineers, Society of Automotive Engineers, American Institute of Chemical Engineers, American Chemical Society, and many local rubber associations.
RoyalT’s founder, Toms Royal, has extensive technical, sales and marketing experience in the compounding industries. Mr. Royal has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. For almost forty years, Mr. Royal has worked in various capacities for H.M. Royal Incorporated, serving as President from 1997 prior to launching RoyalT in 2004. Mr. Royal developed many new products, managed the company ISO 9001:2000 quality system and installed a pricing system used for over 30 years; He also developed a $10,000,000 sales territory. Over the course of his career, Mr. Royal helped develop the Newfane Soapstone Talc Company.
