of industry experience in developing uses and determining price levels for a wide range of materials. The firm also offers access to multiple sources of information and training for company personnel
or distributors.
RoyalT’s wealth of experience includes relationships with many technical associations. Primary Principal, Toms B. Royal, is a past chairman of both the Rubber Division of the American Chemical Society and the New York Rubber Group. He also maintains membership in the Society of Plastic Engineers, American Institute of Chemical Engineers, American Chemical Society, and many local rubber associations.
RoyalT’s founder, Toms Royal, has extensive technical, sales and marketing experience in the compounding industries. Mr. Royal has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. For almost forty years, Mr. Royal worked in various capacities for H.M. Royal Incorporated, serving as President from 1997 prior to launching RoyalT in 2004. Mr. Royal developed many new products, managed the company ISO quality system and installed a pricing system used for over 30 years.
